The VolumeCheck 100 is a non-contact ultrasonic volume measurement system designed for high-throughput verification of sample volumes in 96-well plates and compatible SBS-format labware. It automates quality control and quality assurance inspections across multiple plate formats (96, 48, 24-well and others) and tube racks, eliminating time-consuming manual or pipette-based volume checks. Results are displayed on an intuitive interface with data export capabilities to Excel and LIMS systems.
